Hydes pubs and employees are celebrating following a special awards night held by Hydes Brewery at the Radisson Blu in Manchester on Friday 13th July 2018. Nominated pubs and employees were interviewed during a judging process and the following awards were presented to the winners by senior management and sponsors.
Best Pub Dining Management – Matthew Abbott – The Coach and Four, Wilmslow
Best Community Pub Management – Alyson & Paul Mitchell – The Victoria, Withington
Best Tenanted Pub – Wayne & Emma Morris – The Hoop & Mallet, Warrington
Best Head Chef – David Oldham – The John Millington, Cheadle Hulme
Best Cask Ale & Cellar – Liz Bennett – The James Watts, Cheadle
Best Pub Dining Employee – Laura Atkins – The Boat House, Neston, Wirral
Best Community Pub Employee – Sairah Oldham – The Crown, Cheadle
Best Brewery Employee – Gary Robinson
Congratulations to all nominated pubs and employees.
Hydes also raised over £1300 from a charity raffle during the event. Proceeds from the raffle will be donated to the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital Charity.
