This beer uses a number of adjuncts to compliment the malt to achieve a very pale straw colour. A good proportion of flaked maize and corn syrup is used to produce this typical American cream ale based on an old authentic recipe. Bitterness is traditionally low and there are some subtle hop notes allowed to come through on the aroma.

This light ale is our tribute to the Netherlands. Brewed using the continental and noble hop Saaz for aroma, this is a beer with delicate flavours that include tarragon, lavender and cedar. We have also included the Northern Brewer hop, famed for producing quality lager style beers.

Our nod to the Danish style beers named after the famous Danish Peninsula. A pale coloured beer fermented with a lager yeast strain for a subtle, clean flavour. Delicate hop aromas and flavour are attained by the use of Continental Saaz and Hersbrucher hops which are used in many lager based recipes in Europe.

An exciting amber beer using a combination of three malts that provide sumptuous toffee and malty flavours. These are enhanced by the addition of Canadian maple syrup to give this beer a real taste of Canada. With moderate hopping this is a beer with medium levels of bitterness.

A bold, strong American rye beer brewed with Rye, Caravienna and Crystal malts. Owing to the use of Rye malt, this beer has a moderate bitterness and floral/citrus notes from the use of U.S. Magnum, Centennial and Cascade hops.

West Coast Wheat Beer 4.0%

An American dark wheat ale brewed with wheat, Pilsen and honey malts and also a small amount of chocolate rye to make up the grist. Hops are low bitterness varieties and include American Cluster and Crystal. The result is a beer with a low bitterness and oodles of toasted malt, caramel and fruit flavours.
