This beer uses a number of adjuncts to compliment the malt to achieve a very pale straw colour. A good proportion of flaked maize and corn syrup is used to produce this typical American cream ale based on an old authentic recipe. Bitterness is traditionally low and there are some subtle hop notes allowed to come through on the aroma.

A golden, cask lager style beer brewed with Pilsner and Vienna malts with the inclusion of flaked maize for colour. Noble Pilsner hop varieties are used resulting in a moderate bitterness and delicate hop aroma. Fermentation is at low temperature with Pilsner strain
yeast added.

A very pale beer brewed using a high percentage of flaked rice and extra pale ale malts. The beer is boiled very gently to preserve its light colour and it is hopped using no less than 3 noble Pilsner hop varieties throughout the boil. The result is a light refreshing beer with a low bitterness and delicate aroma.
