An American dark wheat ale brewed with wheat, Pilsen and honey malts and also a small amount of chocolate rye to make up the grist. Hops are low bitterness varieties and include American cluster and crystal. The result is a beer with a low bitterness and oodles of toasted malt, caramel and fruit flavours.

A beer with deep red hues and majoring on the range of malts used to brew it, which are no less than 5! Pale ale, Crystal rye, Rye, Caravienna and Chocolate malts all add their own unique characteristics to make this a malty complex beer. Hop rates are medium and are derived from Centennial and Columbus.

A not so subtle play on words. This is our Easter ale. It’s a time of renewal, so we’re introducing a brand new yeast strain to our brewing process – Belle Saison from Belgium. Using crystal and roasted malts we have a red beer that is an Eggcellent addition to any bar!

This beer uses a number of adjuncts to compliment the malt to achieve a very pale straw colour. A good proportion of flaked maize and corn syrup is used to produce this typical American cream ale based on an old authentic recipe. Bitterness is traditionally low and there are some subtle hop notes allowed to come through on the aroma.

With hand-cut pumpkin added to the mash and spices such as ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon also in evidence, this is going to be quite a challenge for our brewers! Based on a popular American recipe this beer has a very low bitterness with a malty backbone and spice flavours taking the lead.

A beer brewed to reflect the time of year where there is a nip in the air and a frost on the ground. This is a sessionable 3.8% ABV bitter produced using lightly kilned Winsome pale ale malt. U.S. hops are used to provide a lingering bitterness, mimicking those loitering frosts!
