Hydes Pubs and Employees are celebrating today, following a special awards night held by Hydes Brewery at the Manchester Science & Industry Museum
Nominated pubs and employees were interviewed during the judging process and the following awards were presented to the winners:
Best Pub Management (Food led): Matthew Abbott, Coach & Four (Wilmslow)
Best Pub Management (Drinks led): Martin & Jane Devlin, Fletcher Moss (Didsbury)
Best Tenanted Pub: Carla & Peter Minster, The Plough (Bignall End)
Best Cask Ales & Cellar: Wayne & Emma Morris, Hoop & Mallet (Warrington)
Best Pub Employee (Food led): Adele McKnight, Hornsmill (Helsby)
Best Pub Employee (Drinks led): Henry Passmore, Vine Inn (Nantwich)
Best Brewery Employee: Lynne Wall
Congratulations to all of the nominated pubs and employees.
Hydes also raised over £1200 from the charity raffle that took place during the event. Proceeds from the raffle will be donated to Hydes’ chosen charity, the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital.
