Further to the Government’s announcement yesterday Hydes has taken the decision to keep our managed houses open for business and we would like to thank our loyal customers for drinking and dining with us.
We can reassure our customers that extensive actions are being taken to protect your health and well-being. Providing you with high quality, enjoyable and safe visits to our sites remains our top priority.
Given the intense focus on steps being taken to halt the spread of the virus, we would like to assure our customers that Hydes has implemented stringent health and safety policies, with practices and procedures established to protect our customers and staff.
We are promoting frequent and thorough handwashing by both staff and customers and encouraging the use of contactless card transactions at this time. Cleaning of all contact points on a regular basis is also a priority within our sites.
With immediate effect we are implementing measures to establish social distancing with tables to be located at least two metres apart.
If you intend to cancel a booking for any reason, please let us know so that we can plan accordingly. It really does help.
To ensure the safety and well-being of yourself and others, we ask that anyone showing the symptoms of Coronavirus follows official advice and self-isolates, along with others in their household, for 14 days.
